Cinnamon Rolls

Although I typically try to steer clear of sugar, pastries, and anything full of buttery gooey goodness, there are some mornings when only a cinnamon roll will do. Holiday brunch yesterday was one of those times.  

As I am no longer willing to use animal products in my cooking, even for holidays, I have been on the hunt for a few stellar recipes that replicate the real thing for special occasions. The Minimalist Baker came to the rescue. These rolls are the real deal. The dough is delightfully soft and tender, the frosting is worthy of licking off a spoon, and no one would know they were plant-based unless you fessed up. 

For those days when only sugary indulgence will do, this recipe won't disappoint.
