interested in improving their physical and cognitive health by transitioning to
a whole food, plant-predominant diet.

Whole food, plant-centered diets have been shown to
improve physical health and to reduce the risk of all our major lifestyle diseases, including obesity, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, cancer, and cardiovascular disease.

to reduce depression and other mental health symptoms, to improve cognition,
and to lower the risk of dementia and neurodegenerative disorders.

Do you have to give up meat

Anyone can eat a
