Veggie Stock

If you are looking for a nice veggie stock option, I personally like these stock cubes from Massel. They don't contain MSG, FODMAPs, or gluten, and they aren’t as salty as some of the stocks that come premixed in a jar. They impart a lovely undertone to soups, risotto, stews, and any other dishes where you would normally use veggie stock. I use one cube for every cup of liquid. I’ve used them for years and I’ve always been happy with the results. You can find them online.
