Sushi!
We love sushi at our house, and it’s even better when it’s mango season!
You can put any veg you like inside your plant-based sushi. Tonight, our rolls were a mix of avocado, mango, cucumber, and roasted tofu.
If sushi rolls seem too time-consuming, you can just set out all the ingredients and let your family make their own plant-based poke bowls. Adding pickled ginger, strips of nori, and a dressing made from tamari (or soy sauce) and wasabi will give it all the sushi flavor without the work.
Plants are delicious!
